Minutes of the June 24, 2010 Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 6:10 p.m.

1. Motion on the floor to give Jack Spinato and Kathryn Pirmantgen check signing authority.  Motion carried.
2. Motion on the floor to adopt $100/$100 new member fee with the club absorbing the $30.00 Rotary fee.  Motion carried.
3. Motion on the floor to terminate the 50/50.  Motion carried.
4. Motion on the floor to have the club pay for Gail Kaczmar’s dues in lieu of her providing the hosting and website updates.  Motion carried.
5. Motion on the floor to accept the budget.  Motion carried.
